Well this Anglo-French collaboration went down a treat as English Jack married his French sweetheart Nora.
They were bound to pick a French inspired venue in the English countryside @LePetitChateau which never disappoints.
A real mixed bag of music with Something Old' Something New, Something French, Something Arabic, Something Salsa and Something Rock.
As always i pull out all of the stops to make sure that the Bride and Groom have a strong influence over the choice of music I play.
A first dance to the Flamingo's "I Only Have Eyes for You" carefully choreographed into the Isley Brothers "That Lady".
With a mix of English, Arabic and French guests it was always going to be tricky to bring together the diverse music tastes and boss the dance-floor.
Ram Jam made an appearance, Jimi Hendrix, Derek and the Dominoes, Gregory Porter, Fleetwood Mac and some distinctly French, Arabic and Latin vibes were in there too definitely not your average wedding playlist.
An Anglo French collaboration the likes of which we have not seen since the development of Concorde and the building of the Channel Tunnel.
Many congratulations to a fabulous couple Jack and Nora .... Vive La France.
Anth and Holly chose the ever popular Le Petit Chateau for their wedding celebration.
A fabulous venue which has everything going for it so you can easily see why its so popular.
Acoustic piano music to kick the day off and some carefully selected and edited tunes were chosen for the ceremony.
A latin vibe for the drinks reception with the only thing missing a bit of sun.
Calming things during the wedding breakfast with a selection of acoustic covers ,,, well that was until the singing waiters turned up to disturb the relative calm and get the party underway.
The night kicked off with the cake cutting followed by a first dance to John Legend's You and I
A brilliant night of dancing and singing at the Le Petit Chateau for yet another amazing wedding at this fabulous venue.
Many congratulations to Anth and Holly one of the many amazing couples I get to work closely with.
All the very best for the future to the new Mr and Mrs Henderson
Holly had this to say afterwards "Ian thank you so much for being so fantastic! We had the most magical day & we can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us. You went over & beyond ... we are so grateful & we were so lucky to have you!! We can’t recommend you enough. You’re the best DJ ever x"
Anthony said this "We booked Ian with the hope of having some good music for the evening element of our wedding reception. What we got what was so much more! Firstly Ian is one of the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet, a real top top guy. Not only did he do a fantastic job of getting everyone dancing on the night time, he helped us with every element of our music throughout the day. Making great suggestions, pulling together playlists, even editing songs to make the timings fit. He was unbelievable - he even let us use his iPad to play the music through the day even without him there! The amount of time and effort Ian put into making sure our day was perfect was just amazing and we cannot recommend him enough. Ian we can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us we were absolutely blown away, and we’ll definitely be using you again. Love Anth and Holly x"
A packed wedding celebration for Mark and Kim last night at Le Petit Chateau featuring Cake, Cutting, First Dance, Bouquet Toss, Father and Daughter Dance and a Mr & Mrs Shoe Game.
And as if that wasn't enough a Mark Giblin Art caricaturist was on hand to sketch the guests at the wedding and a photo-booth to capture guests in some crazy attire.
The sun came out and stayed out despite the forecast predicting a deterioration in the weather.
A First Dance to Lukas Graham - Love Someone and a father and daughter dance with Mark (a different one) to Michael Bolton to the appropriately titled Fathers and Daughters and ending the night with Journey Don't Stop Believing.
Kim looked stunning and Mark scrubbed up well too.
A fabulous night for a lovely couple.
Many congratulations to the brand new Mr & Mrs Ellison and all the very best for the future.
Steve and Laura picked the fabulous Le Petit Chateau as their dream wedding venue and it never fails to impress. A superb wedding venue located at Otterburn.
Jason Mraz First Dance and Bill Medley to finish with Steve Earle's Galway Girl as an encore finishing the night in style, after a couple of earlier plays .. well it was Laura's favourite tune.
An eclectic mix of music including a bundle of requests meant the dancefloor was a hive of activity from the off.
Another fabulous wedding for a lovely couple.Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Routledge.

Kat and Mikayla travelled to Le Petit Chateau in Otterburn Northumberland to tie the knot and celebrate their marriage.
A double bouquet toss from the beautiful brides followed by a choreographed First Dance to Pink's Raise Your Glass.
An eclectic mix of music throughout the night and plenty of requests from the guest who were all up for a party.
Fabulous celebration and many congratulations to Kat and Mikayla.
As a Wedding DJ I just love weddings like this where the guests are really up for a party.
Mikayla had this to say:
"Ian was absolutely amazing and had the dance floor busy all night. Played something for everyone and got in all of our key songs. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you for helping to make our day so special!"
